Avery's Science Fair Project
I always told Avery to write in cursive because it is faster, so he used the scientific method to prove me wrong. Although he did find that cursive was faster for adults and grudgingly admitted that kids probably need to practice it more. He won a gold medal!
Ethan's book
Ethan insisted I take him to the library to get a book. He bypassed all the picture books saying " those are not books you read to yourself." He turned the pages of this book, "reading" for an hour. Then he came into the kitchen and announced, "I'm done with my book, all that reading made me hungry!"
